Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
Not only are these Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles delicious, but they’re also super easy to make with just 5 ingredients!
Combine peanut butter, dates, coconut flour and water in a food processor and blend.
Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking tray. Cool in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Using a spoon or fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing on a tray, lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with your desired topping while the chocolate is still melted.
Transfer to the refrigerator to set.
