Peanut Butter Choc Swirl Pots

Preparation time: 15 minutes + 30 minutes setting time

What you need

200g Farmer’s Table cream cheese

½ cup Simply Nuts Peanut Butter Smooth

300ml thickened cream

1tsp vanilla extract

1tbsp maple syrup

100g 70% dark chocolate

2 tbsp cream

Sponge finger biscuits to serve (or chocolate ripple/gingernut/butterscotch snaps)

Step 1.

Beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until combine.

Step 2.

Add thickened cream, vanilla extract and maple syrup and stir to combine (should be the consistency of thickened cream).

Step 3.

Combine dark chocolate and cream in a small bowl, microwave on low in 20-second intervals until melted.

Step 4.

Assemble pots by layering the cream mixture and dark chocolate.

Step 5.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight. Serve with sponge finger biscuits.
