Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles

You can’t go past truffles at Christmas time, especially when they contain peanut butter AND chocolate!

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

What you need

– 1 packet (250g) Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits

– ½ cup Bega Peanut Butter

– ½ cup cream cheese

– 1 tbsp water

– 250g milk chocolate, melted

– 100g dark or white chocolate to decorate (optional)

You can’t go past truffles at Christmas time, especially when they contain peanut butter AND chocolate!

Instructions

Step 1.

Crush the biscuits in a food processor to a fine crumb. Add the peanut butter, cream cheese and water and process until combined.

Step 2.

Roll into small balls (1-2 teaspoons) and refrigerate until firm.

Step 3.

Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir occasionally until smooth.

Step 4.

Using a fork, dip the balls into the melted milk chocolate and place onto a lined baking tray. Refrigerate until set.

Step 5.

To decorate, drizzle with melted chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
