Satay Chicken Sausage Rolls
For a twist on this classic party food, try this satay chicken sausage roll recipe using Bega Peanut Butter!
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Squeeze excess liquid from grated onion. Place onion in a large bowl with mince, Bega Peanut Butter, breadcrumbs, fish sauce, garlic powder and half the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Using hands, mix thoroughly.
Place 1/6 of the filling along 1 long side of 1 pastry half. Roll up pastry to enclose filling. Cut into 3 pieces. Place, seam-side down, on prepared trays. Repeat with remaining filling and pastry. Brush with remaining egg. Sprinkle with peanuts and sesame seeds. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed.
Meanwhile, make Satay sauce Using a fork, combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve sausage rolls with dipping sauce.
