Bega Peanut Butter

Bliss Balls

Makes: 8 Bliss Balls

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes + setting time

What you need

– 1 cup of almonds
– 4 pitted medjool dates
– 1 tbsp raw cacao
– 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 2 tbsp almond milk
– 1/2 tsp per ball of Bega Dark Roast Peanut Butter
– ¾ cup chopped salted peanuts

These bite sized treats are pure bliss! Not only are they easy to make, they taste delicious with a decadent and gooey Peanut Butter centre.

Instructions

Step 1.

Combine chia seeds, dates and almond milk and set aside for 10 mins.

Step 2.

Add almonds to a food processor and blitz to your desired texture.

Step 3.

Add cacao, coconut oil, chia seeds with dates (which should now be a gel-like consistency) and blend.

Step 4.

Spoon a ball sized amount into your hand, flatten into a thick pancake.

Step 5.

Scoop the peanut butter into the middle and roll the ball around the peanut butter.

Step 6.

Roll in salted peanuts.

Step 7.

Place on baking paper and cool in the fridge for about an hour.
