Bega Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter Brandy Snaps are the perfect way to add a twist to a classic!
Put the coconut cream in the fridge overnight. The next day spoon out the thick cream, throw out any remaining liquid.
Beat the coconut cream until it starts forming peaks, then slowly beat in the Bega Smooth Peanut Butter.
Beat in the maple syrup.
Fill the brandy snaps with the cream mixture.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
