Bega Peanut Butter

Brownie Pots

What you need

– 200g butter, chopped
– 200g dark chocolate, chopped

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 3 eggs

– 1 cup flour

– 2 tablespoons cocoa

– 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/3 cup BEGA Peanut Butter Crunchy

– Cream, for serving

Additional notes

Cooking times may vary between ovens and ramekin sizes.
To check the result, test one and stand the others on the bench in the meantime.

Step 1.

Gently melt together the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Cool for 20 minutes.

Step 2.

Whisk together the sugar and eggs and then add the chocolate mixture. Stir in the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder and then spoon into 8 x ½ cup ramekins. Drop some peanut butter on top of each and gently swirl with a teaspoon.

Step 3.

Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 20 minutes or until barely set. Serve warm with a drizzle of cream if desired
