Bega Peanut Butter
You’ll be sure to get some brownie points when you make these Peanut Butter Brownie Pots!
Gently melt together the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Leave to cool for 20 minutes.
Whisk together the sugar and eggs and then add the chocolate mixture.
Stir in the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder and then spoon into 8 x ½ cup ramekins.
Drop some peanut butter on top of each and gently swirl with a teaspoon.
Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 20 minutes or until barely set. Serve warm with a drizzle of cream if desired.
