Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Pretzels

What you need

1 cup Bega Peanut Butter Crunchy

2 tbsp Farmer’s Table unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup icing sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

200g pretzels

150g dark chocolate, melted

These pretzel bites will store in the refrigerator for a few weeks in an airtight container!

Sweet and salty deliciousness, our no-bake chocolate dipped peanut butter pretzels are a delicious treat that are easy to make!


Step 1.

Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.

Step 2.

Beat the peanut butter and butter together using an electric mixer. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add sugars and beat until fully combined. You should be able to roll the mixture into balls without sticking to your hands. Add more icing sugar until you reach this consistency.

Step 3.

Roll the mixture into small balls. Sandwich the balls between two pretzels and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 4.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Stir occasionally until smooth.

Step 5.

Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared tray. Place in the refrigerator for the chocolate to set.
