Bega Peanut Butter

DIY Brownie Jars

Need to know

Makes: 1 Jar

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

What you need

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup Bega Smooth Peanut Butter

Wet Ingredients (for giftee to add):

500g low fat or fat-free plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup milk

1 large egg

The perfect Kris Kringle gift, simply place dry ingredients in a mason jar and gift with a jar of Australia’s Favourite Peanut Butter!


Step 1.

Preheat oven to 175°C.

Step 2.

Grease a 20cm x 20cm square baking pan.

Step 3.

Place all of the dry ingredients except for the Bega Peanut Butter into a food processor.

Step 4.

Blend until mixture is smooth.

Step 5.

Pour batter into prepared baking pan.

Step 6.

Microwave Bega Peanut Butter for 30 seconds.

Step 7.

Drizzle the melted Bega Peanut Butter onto the batter and swirl with a spoon to create a marble effect.

Step 8.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 9.

Cut into squares and leave to cool on a wire rack.
