Hot days call for cold treats. Whip up these simple Peanut Butter Popsicles with just 6 ingredients!

Need to know

Makes: 8 small popsicles
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Freeze time: 4 hours

What you need

– 4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
– 90ml unsweetened almond milk
– ¼ cup Bega Smooth Peanut Butter + extra for drizzling
– 1 tbsp cacao
– Vegan chocolate & coconut flakes for decorating

Additional notes

Feel free to substitute Vegan chocolate with the chocolate of your choice!

Instructions

Step 1.

Add sliced and frozen bananas into a food processor or blender. Blend until the bananas become crumbly.

Step 2.

Add almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed.

Step 3.

Add peanut butter and cacao powder. Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the processor periodically, as needed.

Step 4.

Pour into popsicle mould and freeze for 4 hours.

Step 5.

Remove from freezer and dip in melted chocolate.

Step 6.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Step 7.

Drizzle with Bega Smooth Peanut Butter.
